No. A Standard Commercial Licence covers one legal entity or one declared end-client. Utilizing the same visual asset for a different, unrelated client brand requires a separate licensed download.

Raw image files may only be provided to the declared client or production vendors solely as necessary to complete the licensed campaign execution. Raw files cannot be distributed as standalone reusable visual assets.

Because the commercial licence is registered in the legal name of the Declared End-Client, the brand retains perpetual rights to continue utilizing the published campaign visuals even if they change creative agencies.

No. Indipik offers exclusively 100% commercially cleared, model-released, and property-released photography suitable for commercial advertising, marketing, packaging, print, and corporate brand communication. Editorial-only licensing constraints have been completely eliminated from our platform.

A Model Release is a legally binding contract wherein the depicted individual grants permission for commercial licensing and publication. Every commercial asset featuring identifiable human subjects on Indipik carries a signed, legally valid Model Release.

Indipik can provide written confirmation of release execution for legal compliance audits. Personal contact details and personal identification within physical release forms are redacted to protect model privacy under data protection laws.

No, strictly prohibited. Indipik assets may not be scraped, bulk-downloaded, ingested, or utilized to train, fine-tune, or evaluate generative AI models, computer vision software, facial recognition systems, or machine learning algorithms without an express, separate written Enterprise agreement. Unauthorized AI ingestion incurs liquidated damages of ₹25,000,000 per violation.

Subscribers may not:

• 1. Resell, share, sub-license, gift, or redistribute raw image files as standalone stock.
• 2. Register any Indipik photograph as a trademark, service mark, or commercial logo.
• 3. Use images in illegal, pornographic, fraudulent, or defamatory campaigns.
• 4. Falsely claim a depicted model personally uses, endorses, or advocates for a commercial product, political party, or religious cause.

Subscribers must not imply that an identifiable model personally suffers from a severe disease, physical disability, mental health condition, substance addiction, or criminal history unless accompanied by a prominent notice stating that the depiction is for illustrative purposes only.

Imagery featuring minors is strictly cleared for respectful, age-appropriate commercial, educational, and social welfare communication. Images of children must never be used in adult-oriented, degrading, or harmful campaign contexts.

An Extended Licence is required for:

• Commercial Product Packaging & Container Labels.
• Physical Retail Merchandise for resale (e.g., T-shirts, calendars, mugs, print-on-demand items).
• Commercial Broadcast TV, Feature Films, Cinema Ads, or OTT Program Sequences.

Yes. Indipik offers Market Lock agreements that restrict future licensing of a specific image within defined state geographies, industry sectors, or time periods (e.g., 1-year Agri-Fintech lock in Punjab). Market locks do not invalidate previously issued standard licences.

No. Standard, Extended, and Exclusive Market Lock agreements grant usage rights; copyright remains fully vested in Indipik or its contributing photographers. Full copyright buyouts require a separate written agreement.

Because digital assets are delivered immediately upon payment clearance, purchases are non-refundable once downloaded.

Indipik will issue a replacement credit, technical correction, or refund in cases of:

• Verified duplicate billing charges.
• Technical file corruption preventing uncompressed opening.
• Material discrepancy between website preview metadata and delivered file.

No. Client rejection or changes in creative preference do not qualify for a refund or replacement. Watermarked preview comps should be utilized to secure client approval prior to licensing.

Copyright remains fully vested in Indipik or its contributing professional photographers. Purchasing a licence grants commercial usage rights but does not transfer copyright ownership.

Properly licensed content used in strict accordance with our agreement is backed by legal indemnification covering copyright infringement and model release claims up to contractual liability caps.

Indipik contracts are governed by the laws of India. Unresolved commercial disputes are subject to binding sole-arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated exclusively in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Photographers can apply through our Contributor Portal (indipik.com/contributor/login). Once onboarded and identity-verified, contributors can upload high-resolution regional imagery for editorial and commercial review.

Indipik operates on a non-exclusive contributor model. Photographers retain copyright ownership and can license their imagery elsewhere while earning royalties on Indipik downloads.

Any photograph depicting identifiable individuals must be accompanied by a valid, signed Indipik Model Release. Submissions featuring minors require parent/guardian signatures.
